"I am new to Chris White's group after our previous agent retired from practice. Chris took the time to do a Zoom and interview and go over our current insurance and potential future needs. More notably, after a car break-in while out of town, Luke, one of his staff quickly connected me with the claims office and, within a few hours, I was contacted by the body shop and rental car agency. Before even returning home, I dropped off my car at the body shop for the repair. Renting a car was similarly seamless. They made submitting the claim and securing the needed service very easy!"

"I had an opportunity to sit down with Chris to go over my Home and Auto Policy. It was something I wanted to do for a while. "I had my "first ever" insurance review meeting with Chris White at State Farm. This was my first solo experience and I didn't know what to expect or how to prepare. Chris made it both enjoyable and informative. He took the time to learn about me, my family and insurance needs and shared his connection to the area and his experience with State Farm. His explanations of my coverage were gauged toward someone with very little insurance knowledge and I appreciated that he didn't "talk down" to me. I came away with a much better understanding of my policies and feeling secure that it suits my needs. Chris has a very nice approach in dealing with people. "Following an increase in our auto insurance I contact Chris, who I knew, and he was able to provide us with a new auto and condo insurance at a significant savings from what we'd been paying. He and his staff were excellent, knowledgable and provided great customer service.
